St Martin de Porres now uses nForma to track student absences. Please refer to the tutorial below for guidance on how to submit an absence using the nForma Parent App.

Please complete the absence form in nForma if your child will be:

• Absent

• Arriving late

• Leaving early
  
  

If your child is absent for three consecutive days due to illness, a medical certificate is required.

If you are planning a family holiday of one school week or longer, please email Elise at
ecoghlan@smdplaverton.catholic.edu.au to inform her and your child’s classroom teacher.
